The 46 Offshore is a purpose-built bluewater platform. The design priorities were range, capacity, and cockpit real estate — a boat that handles anything you throw at it and stays efficient, safe, and structurally sound doing it.

Over 1,000 gallons of fuel give you the legs to fish the canyons, run the Bahamas, and work the oil rigs — wherever you want to go. The symmetrical stepped catamaran hull delivers a soft, efficient ride, validated digitally before tooling was cut.

Inside, it's all fishability: double-row seating under the hardtop, a massive coffin box, oversized livewells, and storage everywhere it counts. Like the 24, the 46 is built to be functional and serviceable — every system placed for the way you actually fish.

CONSTRUCTION

Built across two continents.

Every 46 Offshore starts in our Emirates facility, where the hull, deck, and major structures are hand-laid and vacuum-infused in premium vinylester resin over a CFD-optimized, FEA-validated hull form. From there it crosses to Pensacola, where our U.S. team finishes the boat — rigging, fabrication, wiring, upholstery, hardtop, and motors — and rigs it to fish.

Every 46 hull is hand-laid and vacuum-infused over precision-placed core. Each build stage is monitored, finished, and inspected — and signed off before the next begins.

ENGINEERING PROOF

Validated before tooling was cut.

The hull was designed and validated digitally before any moulds were built. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) optimized the hull form, stepped geometry, and water flow across a range of speeds and loads. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) stress-tested every bulkhead, stringer, and laminate against extreme loading — maximum total deformation came in at just 2.13 mm, well inside every required safety factor. All moulds are CNC-machined from the validated CAD data — no hand-shaping, no guesswork.
